What is Blue Pumpkin?

Blue Pumpkin was a workforce management (WFM) software company acquired by Witness Systems (which was later acquired by Verint Systems). The Blue Pumpkin software suite provided solutions for forecasting workload, scheduling employees, tracking employee performance, and managing time off, primarily in contact centers and back-office operations.
