What is Chipscope?

ChipScope (now known as Vivado Logic Analyzer) was an embedded logic analyzer from Xilinx used for debugging digital designs implemented on Xilinx FPGAs. It allowed engineers to capture internal signals and state transitions within the FPGA in real-time, providing visibility into the design's behavior during operation.
