What is StateRAMP?

StateRAMP is a cybersecurity standard based on NIST 800-53, that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services offered to state governments in the United States. It simplifies the process for cloud service providers to demonstrate their security posture to multiple states, while providing states with a consistent and reliable framework for evaluating the security of cloud offerings. It is modeled after FedRAMP.
