What is Omni Scripts?

OmniScripts are guided interaction tools within the Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) platform. They provide a declarative, script-like interface to guide users through complex business processes. They are commonly used to streamline processes like service requests, sales flows, and customer onboarding by presenting users with a series of steps, questions, and data entry fields in a controlled and intuitive manner. They help reduce errors, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency in business operations. They're used primarily with the Industries version of Salesforce.
