What is Microsemi Libero?

Microsemi Libero (now Microchip Libero) is a suite of design tools for designing with Microsemi/Microchip Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) and Systems on Chip (SoCs). It provides an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) with features for design entry (HDL editing), synthesis, place and route, simulation, and on-chip debugging. Libero is commonly used by hardware engineers and system architects to create and implement digital logic designs in applications such as aerospace, defense, industrial automation, and communications.
