What is Zero Trust Architecture?

Zero Trust Architecture is a security framework based on the principle of 'never trust, always verify.' It assumes that threats exist both inside and outside the traditional network perimeter. It requires strict identity verification for every person and device trying to access resources on a private network, regardless of whether they are sitting within or outside of the organization's network perimeter. Zero Trust employs microsegmentation, least privilege access, and continuous monitoring and validation to enhance security and reduce the risk of data breaches.
