What is Windows Auto Pilot?

Windows Autopilot is a collection of technologies used to set up and pre-configure new Windows 10 or Windows 11 devices, preparing them for productive use. It enables IT departments to customize the out-of-box experience (OOBE) for end-users and automatically enroll devices into Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms like Microsoft Intune. This simplifies device deployment, reduces the need for imaging, and allows users to receive a fully configured device directly from the manufacturer or reseller.
