What is WAWF?

WAWF, now known as iRAPT (Invoice, Receipt, Acceptance, and Property Transfer), is a secure, web-based system for electronic invoicing, receipt, and acceptance. It streamlines the process for Department of Defense (DoD) vendors to submit invoices, and for DoD personnel to verify and accept goods and services. It's used to eliminate paper invoices and automate the payment process, leading to faster and more accurate payments.
