What is VoIP Gateways?

VoIP gateways are hardware or software devices that convert voice and fax signals between a traditional telephone network (PSTN) and a packet-switched IP network (VoIP). They allow businesses and individuals to connect their existing analog phones, fax machines, and PBXs to a VoIP network, enabling them to take advantage of the cost savings and features offered by VoIP technology.
