A Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), also known as a network analyzer or RF network analyzer, is an instrument that measures the network parameters of electrical networks. It is primarily used to characterize the electrical behavior of components and circuits, especially at radio frequencies (RF), microwave, and millimeter-wave frequencies. VNAs transmit a known signal through the device under test (DUT) and measure the magnitude and phase of the signal that is transmitted or reflected.
