Keysight Technologies is a major competitor of Tektronix in the electronic test and measurement equipment market. They both offer oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and other similar instruments.

Agilent Technologies, while now focused on life sciences and chemical analysis, was formerly part of Hewlett-Packard and included their electronic test and measurement division. That division is now Keysight, so Agilent is indirectly related, and in the past was a direct competitor to Tektronix. While their current offerings don't overlap, their history necessitates including them as a past competitor.
