What is STIX/TAXII?

STIX (Structured Threat Information Expression) is a standardized language and serialization format used to represent structured cyber threat information. TAXII (Trusted Automated Exchange of Intelligence Information) is a protocol that defines how STIX threat information can be shared between organizations. Together, STIX/TAXII enable automated sharing of cyber threat intelligence (CTI) to improve cybersecurity defenses and incident response.
