What is SNAT?

Source Network Address Translation (SNAT) is a technique that modifies the source IP address of network packets. It is commonly used to allow devices on a private network to communicate with the internet by replacing their private IP addresses with a public IP address. This hides the internal network structure and allows multiple devices to share a single public IP address.
