What is SCORM 1.2?

SCORM 1.2 is a collection of standards and specifications for web-based e-learning. It defines how online learning content and Learning Management Systems (LMS) should communicate with each other. Specifically, it allows for tracking of user progress, scores, and completion status within the LMS. SCORM 1.2 is an older version of SCORM, but was widely adopted and is still supported by many LMS platforms.
