What is SCIM?

SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) is an open standard protocol for automating the exchange of user identity information between identity domains, or IT systems. SCIM is commonly used to automate user provisioning and deprovisioning, enabling organizations to manage user identities across different applications and services in a consistent and efficient manner.
