What is Rendezvous?
Rendezvous, later renamed Bonjour, is Apple's implementation of zero-configuration networking (zeroconf), a group of technologies that includes service discovery, address assignment, and hostname resolution. It's commonly used for printer discovery, file sharing, and other network services within a home or small office network.
