What is Quick Assist?

Quick Assist is a Microsoft Windows feature that allows a user to remotely view or control another user's computer over the internet. It's commonly used for troubleshooting, providing technical support, or assisting someone with a task on their computer from a remote location. The user providing assistance can view the remote computer's screen and, with permission, control the mouse and keyboard.
