What is Plateau?

Plateau is a national spatial information platform project in South Korea, led by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT). It aims to build high-precision 3D maps of cities, utilizing them for various applications such as urban planning, disaster management, autonomous driving, and virtual reality. It also provides open access to the 3D spatial data for public and private use.
