What is PCMCS?

PCMCS stands for Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), formerly known as Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service. It's a cloud-based enterprise performance management (EPM) solution used for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. It enables organizations to streamline their planning processes, improve accuracy, and gain better insights into their business performance. It is often used for financial statement planning, capital expenditure planning, workforce planning, and sales forecasting. PBCS is now referred to as Oracle EPM Planning.
