What is OTX?

OTX (Open Threat Exchange) is a threat intelligence sharing and analysis platform provided by AlienVault (now part of AT&T Cybersecurity). It allows security professionals to share and collaborate on threat data, indicators of compromise (IOCs), and emerging threats. Users can contribute threat data, subscribe to threat feeds, and analyze threat information to improve their security posture and defend against cyberattacks. OTX is commonly used for threat research, incident response, and proactive threat hunting.
