What is Microsoft Viva?

Microsoft Viva is an employee experience platform (EXP) that brings together communications, knowledge, learning, resources, and insights into the flow of work. It is designed to help employees connect with their organization's culture, build skills, and access the information they need to succeed, directly within Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 apps. Viva comprises several modules including Viva Connections, Viva Insights, Viva Learning, Viva Topics, Viva Goals, Viva Sales, Viva Engage, and Viva Amplify. These modules address different aspects of the employee experience, such as communication, wellbeing, professional development, and knowledge management.
