What is micrómetros?

A micrometer, also known as a micrometer screw gauge, is a precision measuring instrument used to measure small distances or thicknesses. It typically consists of a calibrated screw with a spindle that moves toward a fixed anvil. The object to be measured is placed between the spindle and anvil, and the screw is turned until the object is gently clamped. The measurement is read from the scales on the barrel and thimble of the micrometer.
