What is Management Groups?

Management groups are a container for managing access, policy, and compliance across multiple Azure subscriptions. They allow you to organize subscriptions into a hierarchy, applying governance conditions at the management group level. All subscriptions within a management group automatically inherit the conditions applied to the group. This is commonly used to enforce organizational standards, such as region restrictions or tagging policies, across multiple Azure subscriptions consistently.
