What is M365 Apps?

M365 Apps (formerly Microsoft Office 365 Apps for enterprise) refers to the suite of productivity applications offered by Microsoft through a subscription model. These apps, which include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Access, and Publisher (Access and Publisher are only available on PC), are commonly used for creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations, managing email and communications, collaborating on projects, and organizing information. Users typically install these applications on their desktop or laptop computers, and can also access some of them via web browsers and mobile devices.
