What is LTI?

Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) is a standard protocol developed by IMS Global Learning Consortium that allows learning applications (tools) to integrate seamlessly with learning platforms (such as Learning Management Systems - LMS). It enables secure communication and data exchange between these systems, allowing educators to easily incorporate external resources and activities into their courses. This eliminates the need for complex custom integrations, simplifying the process of using third-party learning tools within an LMS environment.
