What is Isolators?

Isolators are components used in various fields, primarily in electronics and optics, to prevent unwanted signal reflections or feedback. In electronics, they are often based on ferrite materials and are used in high-frequency circuits to improve stability and prevent damage to sensitive components by directing the signal in one direction only. In optics, optical isolators, often based on the Faraday effect, perform a similar function for light, preventing back reflections from downstream optical elements from interfering with the light source.
