What is IPMA?

IPMA stands for the International Project Management Association. It's a global federation of project management associations aiming to promote competence in project, program, and portfolio management through its Four-Level Certification system (IPMA Level A, B, C, D). IPMA doesn't offer a specific technology but rather a framework and standards for managing projects effectively. It focuses on assessing and certifying the competence of project managers based on their knowledge, experience, personal behavior, and perspective.
