What is Green Belt?

Six Sigma Green Belt is a certification and methodology focused on process improvement. Green Belts typically lead or support improvement projects within a specific area of a business, using statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to reduce defects and improve efficiency. They are trained in the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology and work under the guidance of Six Sigma Black Belts.
