What is GETVPN?

Group Encrypted Transport VPN (GET VPN) is a Cisco VPN technology that enables secure, any-to-any connectivity for trusted sites without the overhead of traditional IPsec tunnels. It utilizes a group key management protocol, typically using a Group Domain of Interpretation (GDOI) server, to distribute encryption keys to all members of the group. This allows branch routers to directly communicate with each other securely, without needing to establish individual tunnels to a central hub.
