What is Finite Element Analysis (FEA)?

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a numerical method used for solving problems of engineering and mathematical physics. It's used to analyze how a structure reacts to applied forces, vibrations, heat, fluid flow, and other physical phenomena. It works by dividing a complex object into smaller, simpler parts called finite elements and then using equations to examine the behavior of each element. These individual behaviors are then combined to predict the behavior of the entire object.
