What is FCU's?

FCU typically refers to Fan Coil Units. These are HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems that use a coil and a fan to heat or cool a room without ductwork. FCUs circulate water (either hot or cold) through a coil, and a fan blows air across the coil to distribute conditioned air into the space. They are commonly used in hotels, apartments, condominiums, and other buildings where individual room temperature control is desired.
