What is EU GMP?

EU GMP (European Union Good Manufacturing Practice) is a system for ensuring that pharmaceutical products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. It covers all aspects of manufacturing; from starting materials, premises and equipment, to the training and personal hygiene of staff. Procedures must be in place to ensure that the finished product meets quality requirements and adheres to the marketing authorization.
