What is EPABX?

An EPABX (Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange) is a private telephone exchange that switches calls between enterprise users on local lines while allowing all users to share a certain number of external phone lines. Essentially, it's a private telephone network used within a company or organization. It manages internal and external calls, offering features like call forwarding, call waiting, conferencing, and voicemail.
