What is cyber resilience?

Cyber resilience is an organization's ability to continuously deliver the intended outcome despite adverse cyber events. It encompasses business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity, but goes beyond them by focusing on adapting and evolving in the face of ongoing and emerging threats. It involves anticipating, withstanding, recovering from, and adapting to adverse conditions, stresses, attacks, or compromises on cyber resources.
