What is CTest?

CTest is a testing tool that is part of the CMake build system. It's used to automate the process of building, testing, and submitting results to a dashboard system. CTest executes tests defined in the CMakeLists.txt file, reports on their status (pass/fail), and can be configured to perform various other tasks, such as code coverage analysis and memory leak detection.
