What is CSPO?

CSPO stands for Certified Scrum Product Owner. It is a certification offered by the Scrum Alliance that validates an individual's knowledge and understanding of the Scrum framework and the Product Owner role. A CSPO is trained to define and manage a product backlog, create and communicate a product vision, and maximize the value of the product being developed. They act as the voice of the customer and stakeholders, ensuring the development team builds the right product.
