What is CPFR?

Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) is a set of business processes in which supply chain partners agree to shared visibility of demand and inventory data, joint planning, and execution of replenishment activities. It aims to improve forecast accuracy, reduce inventory costs, and enhance customer satisfaction through collaborative relationships between trading partners, typically retailers and suppliers.
