What is CloudTest?

CloudTest was a web and mobile application performance testing platform, originally developed by SOASTA. It allowed users to create and execute load tests and performance tests to simulate user traffic and analyze application behavior under stress. It was used to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance before deployment. SOASTA was acquired by Akamai in 2017 and CloudTest was rebranded and integrated into Akamai's performance testing solutions. As a standalone product, CloudTest is no longer actively sold or supported, but its capabilities live on within Akamai's offerings.
