What is Cloud PaaS?

Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) provides a cloud computing model that delivers hardware and software tools to users, usually developers, over the internet. A PaaS provider hosts the hardware and software on its own infrastructure. PaaS is commonly used for developing, running, and managing applications without the complexity of managing the underlying infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, etc.). It allows developers to focus on coding and innovation instead of infrastructure management.
