What is Cello?

Cello is a software tool and design methodology for automated design of DNA-encoded logic circuits. It takes a digital circuit design as input and automatically generates a DNA sequence that implements the desired logic function within a cell. It's commonly used in synthetic biology for creating biosensors, logic gates, and other complex biological systems.
