What is Azure Security?

Azure Security Center (now Microsoft Defender for Cloud) is a unified security management system that strengthens the security posture of your cloud resources, provides advanced threat protection across your hybrid workloads in Azure, and helps you secure your resources. It assesses your environment, provides recommendations, and alerts you to vulnerabilities and threats. It commonly used to monitor and manage security across on-premises and cloud environments, identify and remediate vulnerabilities, and protect against malware and other threats.
