What is Azure Identity Protection?

Azure Identity Protection is a security service that provides automated detection and remediation of identity-based risks. It analyzes signals from billions of sign-ins to detect anomalous activities, such as leaked credentials, sign-ins from unfamiliar locations or devices, and unusual application usage. It allows organizations to automatically respond to these risks by enforcing policies like multi-factor authentication or password resets, thereby protecting user accounts and the resources they access.
