Autodesk Design Review was a free CAD viewer that enabled users to view, mark up, print, and track changes to 2D and 3D designs without the original design software. It was commonly used for collaboration and communication among project stakeholders who did not have access to or expertise in CAD software. It is no longer actively developed, but was used to facilitate design reviews by allowing users to add comments, measurements, and other annotations to DWF files. It has largely been replaced by newer Autodesk products and other CAD viewers.
