What is Apiary?
Apiary was a platform for designing, documenting, and testing APIs using the API Blueprint language. It facilitated collaborative API development by allowing teams to create and share API documentation, mock servers, and automated tests based on a single API Blueprint definition. It was acquired by Oracle in 2017, and its services have largely been incorporated into Oracle's API Platform Cloud Service. While the original Apiary standalone service is no longer offered, the API Blueprint format and the concepts behind it remain relevant for API development.
