What is ANTs?

ANTs (Advanced Normalization Tools) is a widely used open-source software package primarily used for biomedical image registration, segmentation, and other related image processing tasks. It provides sophisticated algorithms for aligning images, enabling researchers and clinicians to compare and analyze images acquired from different subjects, modalities, or time points.
